Request a free fit check or quote
We look at the toilet, the bidet and the commode to see if the three physically work together.
But getting the equipment to fit is only part of the picture. The person's body, positioning and daily routines all need to be considered when deciding whether the setup is right for them.
Common questions
Will it work with my commode?
It depends on the commode's seat height and frame, and on the toilet. Tell us the make and model and we'll check it for free. It doesn't need to be a Tuki, and you can also get the bidet on its own.
What does the free fit check involve?
Fill out the form with whatever details you have. You don't need all the measurements or photos to get started.
For a full fit check, we'll need your commode model, a side-on photo of the toilet, the toilet height and whether there's a power point nearby. We'll let you know if the setup fits, needs an adjustment or won't fit.
Can I trial it first?
You can trial a commode through us, and we can bring a Tuki and an Aeris to check the fit over your toilet. The wash itself can't be trialled at home because the bidet has to be plumbed in, so the video is the best way to see it working.
What does it cost?
The Aeris Slimline bidet is $1,250 for the unit, GST-free. Installation is arranged with your plumber and isn't included, and a commode is quoted separately if you need one.
Who installs it?
The Aeris replaces your existing toilet seat. It needs a power point near the toilet and connection to your water supply by a licensed plumber. No power point? An electrician can add one. We'll give your plumber everything they need.
Can it be funded?
We're a Registered NDIS Provider and can quote for you, your OT or your plan manager. Funding depends on the person's plan or package, so talk to your OT about including it.
Is this a regular household bidet?
No. The Aeris is designed for people with reduced mobility, dexterity or strength. It isn't sold as a lifestyle bidet.
